Welcome to the registration page of FNS2023.

This registration is only on invitation for accepted paper attendees, their  Principal Investigator (PI), the invited speakers and sponsors.

If you are a PI associated with an accepted abstract that will be presented by a student of yours at FNS2023 , but you would still like to join the event, please inform us by email as soon as possible to L.A.J.Dado-2@tudelft.nl

Registration fees FNS2023* 

* Registration fees for the Netherlands and other countries are VAT exempt

** For students: you would need to provide proof of being a student. A letter from your supervisor confirming the same will suffice. An invalid proof will lead to the invalidation of your registration.

This registration fee will cover:

• participation at all sessions;
• coffee breaks and lunches;
• welcome reception and conference dinner.

Conditions for payment

• Payment via Wire transfer only possible until May 1st, 2023.
• The registration fee is based on the date of registration/ payment and all times are Central European Time (CET).
• If you want to benefit from the lower fee, register early and pay before the deadline.
• This registration system accepts Ideal, PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer through invoice option. 
• Registration through invoice option will be automatically updated to the next fee if payment has not been processed before the payment deadline mentioned on the invoice.

You may propose a replacement participant at a  €50,- administrative fee
