Cancellations and refunds

If you are unable to attend, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail with your name and registration confirmation to L.A.J.Dado-2@tudelft.nl

If your cancellation reaches us:

• Before  April 5, 2023 at 23:59 CET - 100% refund of your registration fees, minus €50,- for administrative fees
• Between April 6, 2023 and May 5, 2022 at 23:59 CET - 50% refund of your registration fees, minus €50,- for administrative fees
• After May 6, 2023 - no refund

You may propose a replacement participant at a  €50,- administrative fee E-mails can be send to L.A.J.Dado-2@tudelft.nl
